How the birthday month came and passed

May is finally over. Before we all know it, the “ber” months are starting again. Time seems to be moving so fast which made me realize that we should spend every second of it wisely.

How did the month go? I finally turned 23! I remember one of my friends telling me that a year added to your life means you should be wiser and I want to be wiser indeed! πŸ˜› Though I spent my day working, it was made fun by my family, friends and Jeyp of course! πŸ™‚ Here are some birthday highlights:

Yummy Black Forest

Jeyp's Surprise Gift! πŸ™‚

I am so thankful for another year added to my blessed life. I am so grateful to have a strong family, a wild bunch of friends , love and happiness. I’m also thankful for all challenges and problems – they make me stronger and help me learn to cope πŸ™‚

On to another unforgettable May moments:

Though Gibo didn't win, I'm happy Binay did! πŸ™‚

Here’s hoping for a better set of leaders to uplift the nation.

When feeling stressed, indulge! Some amazing May food finds:

I don’t know where Mom bought this yummy chocolate treat, anyway, it’s soooooooo GOOD!

Chocolate oozing out! Yum!

Mom went to Hongkong and Macau for a short vacation and she brought home these “Want-Want” Rice Crackers (One-One in the Philippines), I’m not a fan of rice crackers but this one’s good!

Just the right salty taste! πŸ™‚

Finally had the chance to taste Joey Pepperoni’s pizza! Thanks to Ms. Bernie πŸ˜€

We tried Pepperoni, 4-Cheese and this other flavor I forgot πŸ˜›

Cucina has probably the best Fish Fillet and Crispy Shrimp ever!

The sauce is good as well!

But of course, nothing beats JP’s Carbonara πŸ™‚

πŸ™‚

Apart from food tripping, I accomplished something this month and that is to:

Successfully wrap my books!!! πŸ˜€

To cap off the month,

Malcolm and Chaelsea

I’ve finally met the Mom and these two adorable kiddos, Malcolm and Chaelsea πŸ™‚
